Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. 

HOW TO RETURN
  1. To initiate a return, please email us at support@bedheadstore.com using "Return" as the subject line
  2. Please provide your order number* to start the returns request
  3. Please also provide reason for return
  4. You will then receive an email with further information on how to complete your return
  5. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued

We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Bed Head Apparel does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.bedheadstore.com to submit a new order for your new items.
